What does the setup fee cover?
The €249 one-off setup fee covers bot configuration for your brand, your first role scripted and tested, portal access and walkthrough, and a full go-live test before any candidates are screened. Most clients are live within 2–3 business days.
Is there a per-candidate or per-application charge?
No. You pay your monthly plan and can screen unlimited applicants across your active roles. Whether you get 10 applications or 500, the price stays the same.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are monthly with no minimum contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What counts as an active role?
An active role is any open position the bot is currently screening for. Once a role is filled and closed, it no longer counts toward your active role limit. You can swap roles in and out within your plan at any time.
Is the manual handling certificate valid across Ireland?
Yes. SafeHandle is fully compliant with S.I. No. 299 of 2007 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Certificates are issued by a QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor and are accepted by Irish employers and the HSA.
How does corporate SafeHandle billing work?
Corporate clients are invoiced monthly based on the number of learners who completed training that month at €15/learner. No upfront payment required. Suitable for employers with ongoing training needs.
