Who it's for

How it works
- One link per site. Each week every site gets its own timesheet, built from your roster and rates.
- The supervisor fills it in and signs on a phone, tablet or desktop. Nothing to install and no account to set up.
- Your pay rules, applied automatically. Overtime thresholds, weekend and bank holiday rates, night premiums, unpaid breaks, shift rates, allowances and deductions.
- Hourly and salaried staff run through the same sheet and the same sign-off.
- Payroll export in your import format, with every figure explained in plain English.
- Optional client invoicing. If you bill for the hours, a draft invoice with the signed sheet goes to Xero for approval.
Sector rules still apply. Some sectors, such as contract cleaning and security, have legally binding minimum rates. A1ROTime applies whatever rates you set, so keep them in line with the current orders.

Do I need an applicant tracking system to use A1ROTime?
A1ROTime takes the roster and rates from JobAdder for staffing agencies. If you are an employer without an ATS, talk to us about loading your roster another way.
Does each site supervisor need a login?
No. Each site gets a link for the week. The supervisor fills in the hours and signs on any device.
Can it handle both hourly and salaried staff?
Yes. Both run through the same sheet and sign-off.
